 Day 1
Beijing/Datong by overnight train
Our guide will pick you up at your hotel and
transfer you to the train station for Beijing to Datong
Train tickets: Soft sleeper.
Day 2 Datong (B/L)
Arrive in
Datong in the morning. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to
your hotel. Later on
visit Yungang Caves,
followed by Nine-dragon Wall. Yungang Caves, built in 460 AD, it has 51,000 carved
stone figures. It is the largest and most attractive stone carved Grottoes in China and
well known as the treasure-house of art in the world.

Day 3 Datong
/Beijing by overnight train (B/L/D)
Explore the landmarks of Datong: full day tour to Hanging Temple and Wooden Pagoda.
Hanging Temple, built on the precipitous Cliffs in one of the 18 attractions of Hengshan.
The Wooden Pagoda in Yingxian County is one of China’s oldest
and most valuable wooden architecture. Dinner will be served at
a local restaurant.
After dinner, you are
transferred to the train station for the overnight train back to
Beijing. .
Day 4 Arrive Beijing
by train
The train arrives in Beijing in the morning. End of the tour.
